Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

NGK Supply products are made to order. Most orders require production time before they ship. Processing and production times can vary by product, order volume, holidays, and production partner availability. Delivery estimates shown at checkout include the shipping service estimate but may not include unexpected production or carrier delays.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to eligible United States addresses presented at checkout. Available delivery methods and charges are calculated during checkout based on the order and destination.

SHIPPING RATES

Free U.S. standard shipping is available on qualifying orders of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes. Orders below the threshold are charged the rate shown at checkout. Express shipping is available for $9.99 when offered for the destination and remains a paid option even when an order qualifies for free standard shipping.

Express shipping speeds up carrier transit after production; it does not bypass production time.

TRACKING

When tracking becomes available, we will send it to the email address or phone number supplied at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately at support@ngksupply.com if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address change after production or fulfillment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

DELAYS

Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, high order volume, and other events outside our control can cause delays. Contact us if tracking has not updated for an extended period and we will help investigate.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or appears lost in transit, email support@ngksupply.com with your order number and relevant photos or tracking information. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for additional details.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Items in the same order may be produced or shipped separately and may arrive in multiple packages. Separate tracking information may be provided.
